Most InMelanin Shop products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. Because each item is created specifically after your order is placed, please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order Processing and Production

Most items are produced within 2–7 business days before they are shipped. Production times may vary depending on the item, availability, print provider, order volume, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.

Once an order enters production, we may not be able to make changes to the order, including changes to the product, size, color, quantity, shipping method, or shipping address.

Shipping Times

Shipping times begin after your order has finished production. Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping destination, selected shipping method, carrier, and product type.

Estimated shipping rates and delivery options will be shown at checkout when available.

Please note that shipping estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, holidays, weather, incorrect shipping addresses, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may include items produced by different print providers. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Please include your order number and any tracking information. We will review the issue and work with our production partner or shipping carrier when possible.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or other fees required by their country.
