Most InMelanin Shop products are made to order. Because each item is printed or produced specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to receive the item you ordered in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging, if the issue is shipping-related

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, reprint, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Ordering the wrong color
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Change of mind
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device, lighting, and product material.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Because orders may be sent into production quickly, cancellations or changes are not guaranteed.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
